Had the same kind of problem and the only solution I found was switching to Aurora. BTV doesnt care about customers I think.
Been wondering the same thing. Got mine a few months and works perfectly
Had issues with both, BTV and Dumax. Recently changed to Aurora an it's been flawless. Highly recommended.
I don't think they will ever answer that phone at all. Better start looking up for alternatives I guess.
